AMSG will spearhead the Africans for Africa Initiative, securing buy-in from member nations and providing necessary governmental support. MML will manage the technical aspects of mining project development, including geological reviews and drilling, ensuring projects deliver shareholder value.

CI will use its i-MINE platform to host the projects, enabling shareholders to purchase shares and track investments. Additionally, CI will develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract partners and investors.

More details will be provided as the implementation stage begins, following the MoU signing at the 3rd edition of the African Natural Resources & Energy Investment Summit 2024.
