Canadian mining firm Koryx Copper has completed Phase Two drilling at the Haib Copper Project in Namibia, successfully drilling 17 holes out of a planned 37.
Assay results from 10 of these holes indicate high-grade copper deposits, surpassing the mine’s average mineral resource estimate. The company anticipates results from the remaining seven holes by mid-March.

Currently, four drill rigs are operational on-site, with plans to deploy two additional rigs in Q2 2025 for Phases Three and Four. These phases will contribute to the company’s 55,000-meter drilling target for 2025.
Koryx aims to incorporate its exploration findings into an updated Preliminary Economic Assessment and Pre-Feasibility Study for Haib, both set for release by the end of 2025. The company expects to complete permitting and secure approvals for technical studies by late 2026.
