The highly anticipated fourth edition of the Gold and Gemstones Conference and Exhibition is scheduled to take place from December 4 to 6, 2025, in Lagos.

    This year’s event, themed “Accelerating Collaboration for Sustainable Gold and Gem Development in Africa,” aims to foster partnerships and drive innovation in the industry.

    The conference will feature a diverse lineup of masterclasses, workshops, exhibitions, panel discussions, an award dinner, OEM participation, and a jewellery and fashion fusion runway show, among other activities.

    Organisations within the gemstone and jewellery sector will play a pivotal role in guiding ethical mining practices and ensuring internationally recognised gemstone cutting standards.

    Key sponsors of the event include the Gem Institute of Nigeria (GIN), Women in Mining (WIMIN), the African Gold and Jewellery Exhibition & Conference (AGJEC), and the Ministry of Mines and Steel Development.
